100 People, Places, Things & Experiences I’m Grateful For
Many people can name 5, 10, 15 or even 20 things in their life that they’re grateful for, but I challenge you to list at LEAST 100 people, places, things, experiences, etc. that you are grateful for. Think that’s hard? Think again! We take so many small, everyday things in our lives for granted that we sometimes forget to be grateful for them all. Having gratitude, really FEELING gratitude is one of the quickest ways to raise your vibration to a higher level and put you more in alignment with those people, places, things or experiences that you want or want more of. Being truly grateful can make you more successful, bring more positive people and experiences into your life, reduce your stress, make you physically, mentally and emotionally feel better, inspire you and increase your creativity, help you be more relaxed which can lead to better sleep…..the list could go on and on, but you get the point!
